Give thanks to God for our church & Families

Pray for the financial & spiritual needs of our church

Pray for the up coming Elections in our nation, for the right candidates to be chosen to lead the country in fear of God.

Pray for nations & peoples around the world facing Natural disasters & Wars

 -Pray for friends, family and relatives that we know who are in need of special prayer

èBazaar Thanksgiving lunch will take place on the 9th of November after the 10.30am combined service Next week. Please remind those who are not here this morning of the change in the time of Worship

èThe Ohariu Mission and Ministry Conference 2008 – 14 and 15 November
to be held at the All Saints’ Lounge, 11 Abbott Street, Ngaio from 4.00pm Friday 14 November and restarting at 9.30am on Saturday 15 November.  

èDIOCESAN ORDINATION will take place at St Paul Anglican Cathedral on the 22nd of November @ 2.00pm. Do remember to pray for Rev Helen Vun & all the other candidates & their preparations

èBAPTISMS will be held on the 30th NOVEMBER combined service at 10.30am

If you know of anyone who wants to be baptized, please contact Rev Helen

èChristmas Concert: 14th December 2008, All the ACM ministry & Bible study groups are encouraged to provide an item for the concert; a song, drama, dance, testimony  or …. This will be an opportunity to present Christ to the wider community

èRECYCLE your Stamps & Coins. All stamps & coins, [NZ or Foreign] new & old wanted. Please put them in the box at the reception desk

èFOOD Bank please put food donation in the basket on the last pew~ thanks 

PRAYERS & INTERCESSIONS- After the sermon, the prayer ministry team will be stationed at the sofa near to the reception, ready to pray with you any special needs and share your current concerns

WANTED: Old & New, Foreign & Local, Stamps & Coins    Just drop them off at the Stamp box on the reception table. 

Flowers donations for the church sanctuary still welcome~ check the roster for a free Sunday to put your name or your family’s. If you are unable to the flower arrangement yourself, you can request Rev Helen to organise someone to do it on your behalf

The 2008 Church cleaning and floral contribution roster is now on the noticeboard. Please fill in your names on the dates you are able to help. Thank you.

BIBLE STUDY~ the study of God’s Word within a fellowship will help us shape our own  lives and ministry within the church. Praise God if you are already in a cell group. If not, check the back of this bulletin for a group near your home

SERVING the Lord together: Offer yourself to serve in whatever way you can in the church. Contact the pastor.

Keep the church facilities tidy. Please leave the place you used free of litter and remember to switch the lights off. Parents are reminded to keep away the toys that your children use, especially in the church library

PRAYER STATION

Special prayers will be offered on behalf of those who need it or need someone to share their specific needs. Please proceed to the back of the church to the reception desk area during the offertory song. A team  will pray with you
